Trailhead accessible by car.<br />We start our hike heading North on the Pine Creek Loop trail. The trail will turn East and heads up the canyon with Pine Creek below. At about 1.5 miles we meet the junction with the Ballantine trail and we continue East on the Ballantine. As the trail starts climbing up the Canyon we will be surrounded by large formations of Boulders in very interesting shapes. We will end our hike at Boulder Flat where there are great views of the Superstitions.
